Tina Corley joined Fund II as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2000. She is also a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Eastside Partners.  Ms. Corley has over 8 years experience in mergers and acquisitions and completed over $130M in equity investments and acquisitions while working at Nichols Research. In addition, Ms. Corley has over nine years of management reporting and operational experience working at Mevatec Corporation and Nichols Research, two technology companies located in the Southeast. While at Nichols Research, Ms. Corley was the Chief Financial Officer of the Government Segment, a segment of Nichols Research representing $357 million in annual revenue. In addition, Ms. Corley was an auditor at Ernst and Young for five years. Ms. Corley also has over 9 years experience as a medical technologist, having worked in both clinical and hospital laboratories.

Ms. Corley received her master of accounting degree from the University of Alabama and her bachelors of science with honors, in Microbiology from San Diego State University. Ms. Corley maintains the following certificates/licenses: CPA (Alabama), CMA and MT. ASCP. Ms. Corley has resided in the Southeast since 1982.
