Southeastern Technology Fund

Southeastern Technology Fund was founded by Chris Horgen, the Senior Managing Partner for Fund I and Fund II, in 1998 in Hunstville, Alabama. Mark Dunkel joined Chris in 1999 to open the Atlanta office and manage Fund I. Since its founding, the firm has raised two funds totaling over $115 million in committed capital and has become one of the most active venture investors in the Southeast. The firm counts among its limited partners a number of Fortune 500 banks, foundations, family offices and technology entrepreneurs who have provided significant value to the Fund over the years.

In 2005, Emerson Fann founded Eastside Partners, a growth equity fund. Paul Reaves and Tina Corley are part of the investment team at Eastside Partners.
